The website located at https://intuitivemind.org (the “Website”) and all content therein (defined below) are owned and operated by Intuitive Mind LLC (“Intuitive Mind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you (“visitor,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.

1) Use of Website; Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• We do not authorize use of the Website by anyone under 18.
• We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check back periodically.

If you purchase any products, programs, or services from us, your purchase may be governed by additional terms (e.g., a program-specific Terms of Use or Client Agreement). If there is a conflict, those specific terms will control for that product or service.

2) Intellectual Property Rights

The Website contains original works owned by Intuitive Mind or properly licensed from third parties, protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation, text, photographs, graphics, artwork, designs, layouts, logos, color schemes, trademarks, service marks, program names, documents, data, audio/video files, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”).

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise exploit the Website or any Content, in whole or in part, without our express written permission. We reserve the right to revoke access (without refund where applicable) and pursue all available remedies for any infringement or misuse.

3) License to You (Limited)

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and view Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. If you purchase a product or program, your use of related materials is governed by the product-specific license set forth at checkout or in the applicable Client Agreement.

You agree not to:
(i) copy, edit, distribute, or duplicate Content;
(ii) use or share purchased materials with any person who has not purchased access;
(iii) hold any Content out as your own; or
(iv) use any Content for a commercial purpose without written permission.

4) Your Content; License to Us

Where the Website (or our live webinars, social channels, etc.) allows you to submit comments, testimonials, photos, feedback, or other material (“User Content”):

• • You represent and warrant you own or control the rights to your User Content and are at least 18.
  • You grant Intuitive Mind a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content, in any media now known or later developed, with or without attribution.

• You understand you are not entitled to compensation for such uses.

• Testimonials featured on the Website reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

5) Your Conduct

You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, abusive, obscene, infringing, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. Cyberbullying and harassment are prohibited; we may remove content and/or take further action as permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intuitive Mind and our owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Website, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

6) Use of Free Materials

From time to time we may offer free downloads (e.g., guides, printables). Free materials are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, edited, or redistributed except in their original form.

7) Disclaimer

The Website and Content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Any intuitive, psychic, or mediumship insights are provided for entertainment purposes only. You should consult appropriate professionals regarding your specific situation.

Your use of the Website and any Content is voluntary and at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results.

8) Fees, Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

Definitions. For purposes of this Section:

• • “Online Membership Courses / Programs”: self-paced or cohort online offerings delivered via a member portal.
  • “Digital Downloads”: MP3s, videos, PDFs, and other electronic files delivered by link or portal.

• “Private Sessions / Mentoring”: one-to-one appointments.

• “In-Person Classes / Workshops”: live, on-site events.

• “Seasonal Group Readings”: Solstice and Equinox group events delivered live online.
• “Payment Plans / Subscriptions”: recurring or installment payments for eligible offerings.

(a) General Terms. All fees are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes. Access is for the purchaser only and is non-transferable. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented at checkout. Where a specific program or event has its own refund policy, that policy controls and supersedes the general terms below.

(b) Online Membership Courses / Programs – 30-Day Guarantee (Default).
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, unless otherwise stated for a specific program. To be eligible:

• Request must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase;
• You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content (as shown in our platform records); and
• Email info@intuitivemind.org with your order number, full name, and product name.
  Upon approval, we will revoke access and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Requests after 30 days or after exceeding the usage threshold are not eligible.

(c) Seasonal Group Readings (Solstice & Equinox).
If you attend live and feel the event is not for you, email info@intuitivemind.org within 1 hour of the live start time to request a refund. Requests after that window, or for replay-only access, are not eligible.

(d) Digital Downloads (MP3s, Videos, Teaching Materials).
All sales are final once the download link or portal access has been delivered. For technical access issues, contact info@intuitivemind.org or call +1-253-225-4420 and we will re-send links and assist with troubleshooting.

(e) Private Sessions / Mentoring – Cancellations & No-Shows.

• You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Missed appointments are not penalized under our current policy; please contact us to reschedule.
• Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

(f) In-Person Classes / Workshops.

• If you are unable to attend, you may request a full refund before the event start time by emailing info@intuitivemind.org with your order details.
• If you attend and decide within the first few hours it is not what you expected, notify a staff member during the event for a full refund.
• No refunds after you have attended the entire course.

(g) No Refunds on Services Already Delivered.
We do not offer refunds on services already provided in full, including private readings, webinars, courses, group readings, Online Membership Courses, or similar offerings.

(h) How to Request a Refund or Change.
Email info@intuitivemind.org (or call +1-253-225-4420) with your order number, full name, product name, and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to process.

(i) Payment Plans, Subscriptions, and Chargebacks.

• • By enrolling in a payment plan/subscription, you agree to complete scheduled payments unless you timely cancel under an applicable refund window.
  • You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting info@intuitivemind.org. We may dispute chargebacks and share purchase records and these Terms with the processor.

• Third-party financing/installment/processor fees may be non-refundable.

(j) Event Changes and Force Majeure.
If we postpone or cancel an event or program, we may offer a transfer, credit, or refund, at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, illness, government orders, platform outages).

(k) Third-Party Marketplaces.
If you purchase through a third-party platform, that platform’s refund and billing policies may apply in addition to ours.

(l) Access Revocation on Refund.
Upon refund, all licenses and access to related materials are revoked. You agree to cease use and delete any copies you previously downloaded.

9) Technology Disclaimer

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components. We may perform maintenance or make changes at any time, without notice, and have no obligation to continue any particular part of the Website or Content.

10) Information You Provide

To access our email list or purchase offerings, you may be asked to provide personal information (e.g., name, email, address, phone number, billing details, username/password). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You represent that any information you provide is accurate and current and that you have the right to use the selected payment method. You remain financially responsible for purchases made by you or by someone acting on your behalf.

11) Online Purchases; Payment Processing; Data Security

We and/or our third-party payment processors may collect information necessary to process your purchase. We will take reasonable measures to protect such information but cannot guarantee against unauthorized access by third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any such unauthorized access or use, and in no event shall our total liability exceed $500 per person or collective plaintiffs.

Third-party processor terms and policies apply in addition to ours. Please review the processor’s website for details. You agree to release us and the processor from damages arising out of your purchase process.

12) Affiliate Marketing and Sponsored Content

From time to time, the Website may include sponsored content or affiliate links. In accordance with FTC guidelines, sponsored content and affiliate links will be clearly disclosed. We only share our honest opinions and experiences. Your decision to purchase based on such links is your own; your results may differ.

13) Limitation of Liability; No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuitive Mind disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill) arising out of or relating to your use of the Website, Content, or any purchases, even if foreseeable.

You agree that your use of the Website is at your own risk and that any ramifications are yours alone.

14) Release of Claims

You hereby release Intuitive Mind from any and all claims, demands, and damages, known or unknown, arising out of or related to your use of the Website and Content. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code § 1542 (or any similar law), acknowledging that a general release extends to claims you do not know or suspect to exist.

15) Termination

We may refuse or immediately terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without cause or notice. If you purchased materials and we determine you are entitled to ongoing access, we will provide such access in a manner we deem appropriate.

16) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved through confidential mediation and/or binding arbitration in Washington State (venue and forum to be selected by us, unless otherwise required by law). If any portion of this Section is held unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remainder enforced.

17) Miscellaneous

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights to later enforce that or any other provision.
• Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign without our prior written consent.
• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any product-specific terms and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede prior agreements or understandings.
