8) Fees, Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

Definitions. For purposes of this Section:

    • “Online Membership Courses / Programs”: self-paced or cohort online offerings delivered via a member portal.
    • “Digital Downloads”: MP3s, videos, PDFs, and other electronic files delivered by link or portal.
  • “Private Sessions / Mentoring”: one-to-one appointments.
  • “In-Person Classes / Workshops”: live, on-site events.
  • “Seasonal Group Readings”: Solstice and Equinox group events delivered live online.
  • “Payment Plans / Subscriptions”: recurring or installment payments for eligible offerings.

(a) General Terms. All fees are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes. Access is for the purchaser only and is non-transferable. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented at checkout. Where a specific program or event has its own refund policy, that policy controls and supersedes the general terms below.

(b) Online Membership Courses / Programs – 30-Day Guarantee (Default).
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, unless otherwise stated for a specific program. To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase;
  • You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content (as shown in our platform records); and
  • Email info@intuitivemind.org with your order number, full name, and product name.
    Upon approval, we will revoke access and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Requests after 30 days or after exceeding the usage threshold are not eligible.

(c) Seasonal Group Readings (Solstice & Equinox).
If you attend live and feel the event is not for you, email info@intuitivemind.org within 1 hour of the live start time to request a refund. Requests after that window, or for replay-only access, are not eligible.

(d) Digital Downloads (MP3s, Videos, Teaching Materials).
All sales are final once the download link or portal access has been delivered. For technical access issues, contact info@intuitivemind.org or call +1-253-225-4420 and we will re-send links and assist with troubleshooting.

(e) Private Sessions / Mentoring – Cancellations & No-Shows.

  • You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Missed appointments are not penalized under our current policy; please contact us to reschedule.
  • Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

(f) In-Person Classes / Workshops.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a full refund before the event start time by emailing info@intuitivemind.org with your order details.
  • If you attend and decide within the first few hours it is not what you expected, notify a staff member during the event for a full refund.
  • No refunds after you have attended the entire course.

(g) No Refunds on Services Already Delivered.
We do not offer refunds on services already provided in full, including private readings, webinars, courses, group readings, Online Membership Courses, or similar offerings.

(h) How to Request a Refund or Change.
Email info@intuitivemind.org (or call +1-253-225-4420) with your order number, full name, product name, and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to process.

(i) Payment Plans, Subscriptions, and Chargebacks.

    • By enrolling in a payment plan/subscription, you agree to complete scheduled payments unless you timely cancel under an applicable refund window.
    • You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting info@intuitivemind.org. We may dispute chargebacks and share purchase records and these Terms with the processor.
  • Third-party financing/installment/processor fees may be non-refundable.

(j) Event Changes and Force Majeure.
If we postpone or cancel an event or program, we may offer a transfer, credit, or refund, at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, illness, government orders, platform outages).

(k) Third-Party Marketplaces.
If you purchase through a third-party platform, that platform’s refund and billing policies may apply in addition to ours.

(l) Access Revocation on Refund.
Upon refund, all licenses and access to related materials are revoked. You agree to cease use and delete any copies you previously downloaded.

9) Technology Disclaimer

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components. We may perform maintenance or make changes at any time, without notice, and have no obligation to continue any particular part of the Website or Content.

10) Information You Provide

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
