Online Membership Courses

Online membership programs purchased from Intuitive Mind, LLC have a 30 day money back guarantee. Within that 30-day period you find that the program is just not a good fit for you then you will be provided a full refund.  However, no full refunds will be offered after 30 days.

Contact Customer Care within the 30-day time frame, by email support@intuitivemind.org or phone 1-225-4420 with your original order number, full name, description of product and reason for return. Once processed you’ll receive confirmation of the refund.

Electronic Materials such as MP3’s, Videos and teaching materials sent via email link. There is a no refund policy on electronic materials once they are sent out and received.  If you have trouble opening the MP3 or the Electronic Lesson Material, we will happily resend it to you.  Please call our main office 253-225-4420 for assistance in trouble shooting the download and we are more than happy to assist you. 

Cancelation policy on private sessions or mentoring sessions

We appreciate 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your private session so that we have time to offer your appointment time to someone else on our waiting list.    We know life happens and sometimes you double book or forget your appointment.  No penalties for missed appointments. 

Refunds on classes

Full refunds for on site, in person, classes if you are unable to attend.  We have such a history of students loving our classes that we know you will too.  However, if for any reason, you attend the first few hours of the course, and do not feel it is what you expected, then let us know and we will offer a full refund.  No refunds after you have attended the entire course. 

Refund Policy on Services, Programs and Courses

Intuitive Mind LLC is a service-oriented business.  We do not offer refunds on services already provided and received in full, such as private readings, webinars, courses, group readings or Online Membership Courses.

  • We are transparent about how and why we collect information
  • The information that we collect helps us to provide value to our clients so that we may communicate with them about our services and products
  • Your personal information is always held securely.  Intuitive Mind never has, and never will pass on your information to third parties.
  • You can unsubscribe from our newsletter and updates simply by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the end of our newsletter or update emails. 
  • You have the right to request that Intuitive Mind change or remove your personal information. You can do so either by unsubscribing or by contacting us directly at info@intuitivemind.org
