The Intuitive Breath of Your Soul

Let’s start with the word psychic. We’ve all heard it, but have we explored what it means? The Greek word psyche translates to the breath of the soul. This isn’t just a metaphysical phrase; it’s the literal energy exchange between your soul and the world around you. It’s your inner wisdom, your higher self, breathing alongside you. It also contributes to psychology and psychiatry, which study the mind and the soul. Wikipedia has changed its definition of the word ‘psychic’ over the years. I encourage you to read its current impressions.

And guess what? This concept isn’t isolated to the Greeks. In Hebrew, Ruach means both spirit and breath. In Latin, Spirius also means breath and spirit, the essence of life itself. In Sanskrit, we know Prana as the vital force of the spirit, again tied directly to breath. But here’s where it gets interesting. We’re often comfortable with terms like Prana and Chi—universal life force—but why do we hesitate regarding the word psychic? What story have we been told that caused us to fear or doubt our innate abilities? Can you even retrace where the core discomfort of the word came from?

Well, in 2025, it’s time to reclaim the breath of your soul. It’s time to expand the way you think about your intuitive capabilities. The truth is, we’re all psychic and intuitive, and the sooner you start embracing that, the more you’ll notice how these energies are already flowing through your life. Before you know it, you will apply your abilities to light codes, sacred geometry, multidimensional ideas of new scientific discoveries, healing frequency medicine, and telepathic communication.

Scientific Study on Where Intuition is Located in the Brain

Recently, I kind of fell into the human genetic studies done by Dr Garry Nolan of Stanford University. He is well known in the world for his work on cancer treatments based on genetic sequencing. He discovered the origin of the human gene dates back 9.5 billion years old but when he emphasized that the Earth is only 4.5 billion years old it took me a minute for my brain to catch up with what I just read. What??? This means that humans are 5 billion years older than Earth. It further suggests that humans did not originate here on planet earth but somewhere in a different planet in another galaxy.

Now, Dr Nolan, had my attention full stop! I read more material on his study of the human blood and brain scans of those who had expressed a history of being abducted by aliens. Now my mind really did a few back flips as I am attempting to imagine one of the most brilliant minds in the world, just discoverd data similarities amongst abduction experiencers.

Dr Gary Nolan recieved a grant to study where schizophrenia and Autism are located in the brain and in genetics. He discovered many fascinating points of data in his research, with one of them being, those with schizophrenia and autism having a higher propencity towards intuitive insights. The side discovery was locating where intuitive abilities is located in the brain (basel ganglia). For those science geeks out there, here is an article from the National institute of Health regarding the brain and intuition.

I encourage you to do a deep dive on Dr Garry Nolans mass body of work. I am certain we will be hearing from him, much more in the future.

Particle Thinking vs. Wave Thinking: Shifting Your Perspective

Let’s talk about something else. Our minds love to work in terms of particles—rigid, limited, fixed beliefs. But what if I told you that you could shift from particle to wave thinking?
