United We Stand: Embracing Unity Consciousness in Our Evolving and Awakening World

Introduction:
United we stand takes you through a transformative journey of unity consciousness in our evolving and awakening world. In a time where old structures and beliefs crumble, the prospect of forging a new world order can feel overwhelming. It is during such moments that we realize the power of coming together, for when we are united, we stand stronger than ever before. As we embark on this exploration, let us dive into the profound wisdom of interconnectedness and discover how unity with others can ignite hope, inspiration, and enthusiasm for life. One leg of a table can not support the table or the bounty of abundance on that table. Four legs on the table, of unifying support, spread out the strength of the tabletop filled with nourishment in an equally balanced way.

The Power of Unity:
In the realm of spirituality, the notion of unity consciousness is a guiding light that beckons us to embrace interconnectedness. It reminds us that we can no longer “go it alone” as we strive to rebuild our lives and transcend the limitations of our past. When we attempt to rise from the ashes of our old ways, self-doubt and negative thoughts can plague our minds, casting shadows on our path. However, when we unite with others, something magical happens. The United States is undergoing a division of truths. Both sides feel that they each hold the key to a truth that can lead our entire population to a healthy outcome. This great divide is happening in the 3rd-dimensional realm at the human level. The lower frequency is divided but the higher frequencies of the spiritual dimensions are united. It may take years to bring the unified consciousness into this 3rd-dimensional realm. Yet, it could happen in an instant if we can bring ourselves to make unifying choices. I found this blog post by Jing Lin, offering a philosophy that adds a deeper insight into the Eastern perspective of unity consciousness.

Reflecting Hope and Inspiration:

Imagine a scene where our Soul Seed volunteers, compassionate souls dedicated to making a difference, gather at a center for unhoused youth aged 18 to 25. Among them, a 21-year-old young man, homeless and seeking solace amidst life’s challenges, finds himself amidst this circle of collective meditators. Often the individuals who join us for meditation are between 2 – 6 in number. However, recently they experienced an outbreak of COVID only one young man had been able to make the meditations. But this particular time we had 5 youths join us. As the session concludes, he speaks words that echo the essence of unity consciousness: “I am so grateful to have a larger group meditating together today so that I can reach deeper within myself and heal. “These profound words resonate with the very core of our existence. At that moment, this young man, often living on the streets, recognizes the immense value of coming together, merging his energy with the collective, and experiencing the transformative power of unity. Through the shared practice of meditation, he finds solace and discovers the capacity to heal on a deeper level.

Embracing Unity Consciousness:
Unity consciousness is not confined to meditation circles or specific spiritual practices alone. It is a state of being that calls upon each one of us to recognize the interconnected web of life in all its forms. It encourages us to extend a hand to our fellow human beings, embrace diversity, and cultivate compassion and empathy within our hearts.
Mycelium is a microscopic fungus that weaves through plants and trees creating a system of communication. They appear as white hair-type filaments. Hub trees, also known as ‘mother trees’ are interconnected with the mycelium’s ability to communicate. Hub Mother trees can sense when a tree or forested area needs help through the mycelium deep in the earth. This mother tree responds to the distress signal by sending nutrients and water to the area that is needed most ultimately maintaining the health of the entire forest. Would you consider yourself a sensitive healer that can feel when there is distress in the world?

We are Mirrors of Each Other
The old snarky opinion, “you made your bed now lie in it” or “you’re on your own” mentality energetically creates blocking energy, that slows down the entire web-type system of support for everyone. Humanity has yet to realize when you hurt or neglect another you are hurting and neglecting yourself. What you put out to the universe does truly come back to you. Often most of society is short-sighted in this truth. It might take 40 years of neglect of others before you find yourself all alone as you grow older, but in time it will. You see everything has a frequency and when you live in that frequency long enough it will impact you personally.
Illuminating your unique frequency is really all that is needed, your tone, your vibrancy, and your spiritual desire to contribute to the support system of the whole. Often, we think of a shared unity consciousness to help with food, money, jobs, cooking meals, driving to appointments, and giving words of encouragement. What truly unifies us is our heart and soul which desires to be at the core of everything we do.

Being Intentional in Our Thoughts
It can be so much easier by simply being intentional. The intention is the thought that drives the action. An example can be a visit to a family gathering where your family tends to communicate in an undercutting sarcastic tone. Your intention is to communicate with kindness no matter what is said to you. Start small in a determined way. Then attend the family gathering and practice your kind intention. Now you just might only make it through the first hour before you are so triggered that you break your intention. But the next time, you might last 2 hours, then following that you might last 4 hours, and so on until you can manage to remain with your family for days and maintain your kind intention. Yet this web of interconnectedness goes even beyond the individual intention.

Deep Grounding Has Great Benefits

Grounding is an invisible energetic force that grounds your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of yourself adding great stability. When you ground yourself in a deeply rooted way, you create a strong fiber optic connection deep into the earth. The deeper the grounding the easier it is to experience the connection to the world. The deeper you feel connected to the earth, and the rest of the world, the more you actually feel connected to yourself. Superficial grounding is where your invisible roots run along the surface of the earth. Imagine a tripod of a camera that can easily be pushed over. The upper surface of the earth holds historical memories, grief, and trauma. Therefore when you are only slightly grounded, you feel less connected to your strength and resilience and feel more of the pain in the earth. The simple act of grounding deeply using your imagination can bring about surprising results in how you feel on a daily basis. In the YouTube video, there is a guided meditation to introduce you to deeper connections through grounding. In my blog post about our awakening consciousness it helps take the blinders off.

Wishing for Peace

Underneath it all the majority of us wish for peace, caring, and understanding. At that soul level, you wish to be sharing and caring. Something triggers compassion, which seems to be different for everyone. You may be in need of support yet feel lonely, isolated, with no friends, no family….yet that web of support is available at all times. If you connect within yourself in shallow ways, then you have a shallow root system, and that supportive frequency can be a challenge to reach. The deeper the root system, the easier it is to tap into the vibrant support of the microscopic landscape. When we come together, whether, in moments of joy or times of hardship, we tap into a wellspring of collective strength and wisdom. Our shared experiences, stories, and insights become the building blocks of a brighter, more harmonious future. As we unite, we mirror hope, inspiration, and enthusiasm, inspiring others to embark on their own journeys of self-discovery and transformation.

Conclusion:
The call for unity consciousness is a gentle yet powerful invitation to embrace the beauty of our interconnected world. No longer can we isolate ourselves, lost in the depths of our own thoughts and fears. Instead, let us stand united, drawing strength from one another as we navigate the ever-changing currents of life. Through unity, we discover a boundless wellspring of support and encouragement. As we join hands, our individual healing journeys merge into a collective symphony of transformation. So, let us awaken to the power of unity consciousness, for together, we shall transcend the limitations of the past and usher in the future brimming with love, compassion, and harmonious coexistence.

United we stand, dear friend, let us embark on this journey as one. There is a saying that I hear often about being in the river of life. Raising your head to look around to see who is traveling in the current of the river with you. Using your imagination to see beyond the limitations of your mind, you just might be surprised to see who is there with you. We are much stronger together than we ever have been apart, isolated, withdrawn, hiding, or being a shy wallflower. Start with baby steps by meeting someone for coffee rather than lunch or dinner. Invite friends to meet you at the movies, where you sit together but are not forced to have deep conversations. Say yes, to an invitation to go out into your community, but again, limit the time you can stay to get started moving outside of your comfort zone. If you are social, outgoing, and feel comfortable in groups, you just might want to invite your isolated friends to join you.

If you are spiritually being called to organize larger group gatherings, then follow your calling and know that your spirit will provide you with all the support you will need to accomplish it all. Most of all, let us continue to see where our divisions are within our communities and see where you can place your differences aside. We all have to start somewhere to add the unified strengths needed to create the life we wish to live.

Always truth, always gentle and always an invitation to deepen connection to spirit. This blog filled in a few gaps between our current 3rd dimension human existence and how at the soul/spirit level there is no divisiveness. Being a healer, a light bringer, in tune with spirit while releasing the shadows…just that!!! Thank you for your commitment to love and the community too build.

I feel pressed to offer a comment in support of clarity:

I am told, we do not ACHIEVE unity of mind, we become AWARE of WHAT ALREADY IS. What we achieve thru effort is AWARENESS, allowing, acceptance, and gratitude, regarding this unbreakable unity.

There is only one thing: Divine Consciousness. It is not possible to BE anything else — only to lack awareness of the unity. There IS nothing else TO be.

    Amen. Namaste.
