Intention Action Follows Thought!

Did you know that “Intention” is an ancient metaphysical technique?

In fact, it is the first spiritual metaphysical technique that I teach to students before we can even move to the next technique.

The definition of Intention means to make a plan or aim your focus. My own definition from an energetic point of view is; You have a thought and action follows. As I share with my students; you have a thought and action ALWAYS follows, not just sometimes, but every time!

The reason why I teach this metaphysical technique first is because Intention does come first before any action. Such as: I intend to ground, I intend to draw upon earth energy, I intend to draw upon cosmic energy and I intend to be in this present moment.

Intention

When meditating, you intend each step and then the energy will shift into place to assist you to accomplish your goal, plan or aim. When you begin a meditative practice, you may not actually feel your grounding, earth or cosmic energy. Yet as a clairvoyant who can see energy fields, I can actually see the energy field shifting with each intention. Therefore in the beginning of your meditation practice, it is helpful to have trust and faith that there is an energetic action with the thought that you just had.

In 2005, I was hired to teach at Shiva Som, a high end health resort in Thailand. I was sitting with a young man as he shared with me his sensitivities and struggles with the earthly dimension in a human body. He described having a thought and watching the energy of his thought travel out of his mind, moving through the air/energy in an energy bubble and hitting the aura of the person he was with. Actually witnessing this bubble of energy hitting his friends aura startled him. So he had another thought which instantly created a thought bubble that left his own aura and merged with the aura of the person he was thinking about.

He then took his experience to another level; “I allowed myself to have a negative thought and observed the negative thought bubble, dark, cloudy and dense with energy hit my friends aura and dampen down the energy for both of us.” He then went on to say, “I then had a thought, a positive loving thought and observed this thought bubble float across the room as light, bright, radiant and when it touched my friends aura, both of our auras became lighter and brighter!”

He then went on to share his ability to clairvoyantly “see” with his higher seeing abilities, thought bubbles floating and flying around in crowds of people. Some of the thoughts that were very negative, hurtful and mean had black spikes around the edges that when “hit” their intended target could explode the other persons aura. He witnessed other auras tearing, shredding and making holes. Emotional at this point, when he shared the horror of his past thoughts of others and just how damaging they were.

I had been witness to this same exact experience with my own clairvoyant site, but I had had an out of body experience which opened my 3rd eye in 1994. Yet, here was a young man no older than 25 who could just suddenly see and what he was seeing disturbed him as he realized just how careless he had been with his thoughts in the past. If any of us could really see just how damaging or uplifting our thoughts were, then it could assist us to be more accountable and responsible for our thinking.

The point that I intend for you all to get here is this; His negative thoughts impacted both auras (his and his friends) by dampening down, darkening, and clouding their energy. His positive thoughts towards his friend, uplifted both auras, by brightening, lightening, and enhancing consciousness for both of them.

Knowing, that energy follows your thoughts, the power of that knowing can completely change how you move through your family, friends, work and community by taking greater responsibility for your thoughts by creating positive thought bubbles.

I watched the 3 part series Netflix documentary, Inside Bill Gates Mind. Bill Gates said in one of the episodes something to the affect of; Our mind is always thinking so many thoughts in any given moment so it is our job to tell our mind what we want it to be thinking. Give your mind a job. For Bill Gates, he said, “I tell my mind that I want it to think about caring, kindness and how to be better at service to humanity. I tell my mind that I want to resolve sanitation issues in the world so that children no longer have to die because they do not have clean water.”

Basically, Bill Gates is INTENTIONAL about what thoughts he wants his mind to put energy into. For me, I want my mind to put energy into creating a language to explain how important a healthy energy field is to our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. I intend that my mind, place energy into creating partnerships with others in the medical community to embrace energetic health as part of school curriculum. I intend that my mind process, ways to bring meditation techniques into areas touched by mental health imbalances and to those impacted by current, past, and ancestral traumas. What intentional thinking job do you want to assign to your mind?

Now setting intentions may not always “hit” the mark and there are very good reasons for that. If your energy field is not in alignment with what you intend then your intentional “aim’ may ricochet off to the left or right or just drop a few inches in front of you. So allow me to give you another great example.

For over two decades, I have taught meditation and intuitive/psychic development courses. As a clairvoyant nurse, teaching about what damages or enhances energetic health is just my thing, my passion, my destiny here on earth. Yet, when it came to standing in front of a group, or making a video, my inner shyness, insecurities, and second guessing myself would sabotage my greater intentions. My thoughts were at cross purposes with my feelings.

My spirit would provide a vision, then guidance to go with that vision. My mind, would organize the vision and provide a structure to help me implement the spiritual vision and guidance. I would sit down and write out an outline of how to aim my intention to manifest it into reality. Then my emotions would say; Who do you think you are? You can not do that! You will look like a fool and people will make fun of you! So if my sabotaging voice was louder than the spiritual voice, I was like a boat whose engine is dead in the water.

This is why meditation is so vital. When you meditate, you can calm those inner negative sabotaging voices until they become just small little squeaks that you can easily over ride and empower your thoughts with positive emotions. Then when you have an inspiring, uplifting intention and you can power boost that intention with your emotions that are directly in alignment with the thought, YOU BECOME UNSTOPPABLE in what you can manifest in your life!

Your clean clear emotions add a richness to your thoughts that help manifest your intention to the earthly level. Without clear beautiful emotions …your intentions can simply float around never hitting the mark, the aim in which you intended.

Manifesting Your Intentions

Select a piece of paper or your journal.

Write down all the thoughts that you INTEND for your mind to have running in the background.

Write down all the sabotaging thoughts and feelings that might cause your great intentions to be weighted down and not make their intended AIM. You can even intend that your own creative energy fill your intention.

Ground yourself to the center of the earth and create a way to release those thoughts down your grounding, completely releasing them out of your aura, your energy field.

Reconnect, aligning your positive intentions with your positive emotions.

Fill your thought with your Soul’s essence.

Add your voice to your intention bubble to complete the package you want to float out to the universe so that it can take on its full manifesting qualities.

Set an intention of the time frame you would like this intention to come back to you.

Then release it!

Each time you sit in meditation, release old patterns, energy blocks, other peoples energy off of your potential creation.

Now having said all of this to include my own intentions to merge energetic health with our current western medical model, it has still not been an over night success. In twenty five years, I have discovered that my intention may hit the mark, but the energy field of western medicine is pretty stubborn. Yet, I continue to hold that same intention for all of these years and the aura of western medicine is softening, opening and becoming more receptive.

Yet, my other intentions can manifest in minutes if the conditions are right. I share this with you so that you know if your intention does not manifest as quickly as you would like, energetic action IS happening, but the conditions might not be as ripe as you would like for it to manifest. However, each time, it becomes riper and gets you closer to harvest time.

The wisdom here is be clear in your truth, integrity, thoughts and intentions. Even with your enemies, if you can not have a positive thought about them, at least manage your negative thoughts. Because those negative thoughts only dampen the intended field causing more negativity for you both. As I always say to myself; I do not have time to spend days cleaning up my own aura after having negative thoughts of others.

    My intention was to heal from flu/cold which is lingering, as well as stay awake for the meditation. Healing won out over being awake ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜…
