Blue Sea Ceremony, Blue Light Series 3.0

The Indian Ocean roars as it expresses its immense power. The Wild Coast here in South Africa, at Cape Vidal sees changes on the shore daily as waves crash against the sand.

As a group, we arrived in Cape Vidal on November 15th, 2019, just 4 days before the Blue Celestial Light was predicted to touch down in Xian China in the northern hemisphere. Many in our group had come to be a part of this occasion and the personal healing they would receive in being here.

November 16th, we began our first full day in ceremony with a gathering meditation. The Blue Celestial Beings came through to say this;

The floor of illusion is crumbling from beneath your feet.

This illusion you hold inside tells you that you are small, insignificant, unworthy, wounded and damaged beyond repair.

Allow this illusion, this long overdue illusion to fall away.

Allow the parachute of your own divinity to expand, as you surrender to the gentleness of being carried, held and loved by your own light and creative expression.

Expand into the holiness and wholeness of the truth of who you truly are and who you have truly come to earth to be.

Be merciful with yourself and trust that every single fraction of a second is an explosion of your inner brightness, infusing your light into each creation that unfolds.

Allow yourself to see this same divinity in each other.

Let us be witness to each others souls of greatness during this enormous time of expansive awakening within our group and on the entire planet.

Call in our ancestors who remember what it is like to be one with the great mother earth and all of her perfect rhythms of nature. Those ancestors who remember the harmony with the planets, suns, moons, and stars.

Ask your ancestors to come close, surrounding you, walking with you, holding the focus of your path until you can see it for yourself. Ask them to infuse you with all of their strengths until you can remember just how strong you really are on your own.

Ask them to push your gifts to the surface until you can see, know, hear and feel your own gifts with unwavering clarity.

Allow your ancestors, guides and angels to illuminate pure divine love deep into your bones and every cell of your humanness until you can surrender completely to your own self love without question.

Thank your own soul, ancestors and the Abalozi (Star Beings) for all the lessons you have experienced in life in the past, present and future that help you become the beautiful being you are today.

This first ceremony set the stage for our trip and how we were being asked to show up on this journey. That afternoon, we traveled as a group to gather the energy of the Hippos. The Hippo can be fun and playful one minute and aggressive and deadly the next. Dealing with our unresolved emotions would be a valuable lesson on this trip. This was important energy to remember.

Then on November 17th, just two days before the Blue Light Ceremony, our group would go through a Sea Ceremony as pictured here. Each person in our group was given a container that held plant medicine to absorb old energies, destroy toxic energies, and raise up the energies after the sea had washed away the old.

An hour before the sea ceremony, the sky began to fill with dark clouds and the thunder began to roll towards us from a distance. Makhosi Cedric, Kathy and myself, dressed for ceremony in Blue, in honor of the Abalozi (Star Beings), while the others who would go through the ceremony, put on their swim suits, gathered their muthi (plant medicine) and towels.

The storm began to become very aggressive in its nature and lightening began to strike the earth all around us. As Makhosi Kathy and I walked out to the sea to meet Makhosi Cedric, the winds picked up and fear inspired uncertainty about our choice of timing to do the sea washing.

As we sat next to Makhosi Cedric, he leaned over and said; The ancestors have said that when the storm moves enough energy it will calm and we will be given a sign that it is time to begin the ceremony. So we sat for another 20 minutes as lightening and thunder shook the ground, electrified the air and the 10 foot high waves crashed against the sand. I heard what he said but must admit, I had doubts that this storm was going to end anytime soon.

Then the mythic of the moment shifted and the storm simply stopped! The sky cleared, a double rainbow appeared and the sea calmed. If we all had not been witness to this incredible moment, it would have sounded like a fantastical story. The sign we had been promised was there in the sky and our sea ceremony officially began.

Each individual was called forth into the water as their soul was called to be fully present. The sacred Indian Ocean carried away their pain with each receding wave and once the release was complete, each person walked away, never to look back at their pain, only to walk towards their future.

That night at dinner, there was a lightness and brightness in each person’s eyes, showing the loss of burdens to the sea. We laughed and celebrated this gift of nature, knowing none of us would ever be the same.

Yet, the Blue Light Ceremony was only 2 days away!
